Cycling Affliliates
Koolstof Coaching was formed by Julius Jennings and John Bennett in 2002 under the name of 'JJCoach', rebranding in 2011 as Koolstof Coaching.They have been riding and racing for over 30 years and winning road races and time trials at all levels in the UK and France. With over 200 wins and numerous podiums they know what is needed to attain those high standards. They remain as 'Directors of Coaching' and still compete or ride Sportives for fun!
Koolstof now have a full team of professionals who contribute their expertise into creating a 'holistic' approach to coaching and have helped hundreds of cyclists, triathletes and duathletes reach standards that the athletes never thought possible.
With a sensible structure applied to training and using the latest 'Scientific Training Methods' that aren't available in books or internet yet, truly unbelievable gains are possible.
