Healthy Healing and Recovery Programme

At the clinic we consistently find that clients who are suffering with pain that improve all areas of their lifestyle recover and regenerate more quickly and efficiently.  Therefore we have developed the Physiology Healing Programme, which identifies areas of your lifestyle that will be causing problems with your rehabilitation and that are exacerbating your pain symptoms.  Once your key problematic areas have been identified, strategies are developed to change these behaviours in your lifestyle such as your eating and sleeping patterns.

Alongside physical therapy, the physiology healing programme will complement your treatment and exercise protocol and is designed to help you get back to full function and pain free as quickly as possible.

How it works:

  • You will commit to three sessions over six months

Session 1:

  • Evaluation of key markers of your health and lifestyle
  • Identification of primary marker to accelerate healing
  • Production of staged plan for the following four to six weeks

Session 2:

  • Re-evaluation of  key markers
  • Review of first four to six weeks
  • Identification of secondary stage in process

Session 3:

  • Final review and summary

As part of these three sessions, depending on your needs and symptoms, you may be provided with:

  • Nutrition advice
  • Stress management strategies
  • Sleep pattern reprogramming plan
  • Digestive function improvement programme
  • Energy management strategy
  • Inflammatory reduction programme

You will be guided and supported through the whole process as making behavioural changes is not always as simple as it may seem.  No matter how difficult, busy or complicated your lifestyle is, we will help to find solutions to enable the quickest recovery possible.
