Lifestyle Coaching
Lifestyle Coaching is an approach used to guide clients toward optimal lifestyle choices. Using a coaching model, the client will learn how disease and stress are preventable through healthy eating habits, lifestyle management and appropriate types of exercise.
The process uses varying levels of in-depth questionnaires and assessments tools to ascertain a client’s foundational starting point so a systematic action plan can then be developed. This also enables progression to be tracked objectively when moving through the coaching practice.
It is often used alongside other treatment modalities and can help with a number of challenges that include abdominal bloating, diarrhoea and/or constipation, parasites and fungal infections, bad breath and body odour, chronic fatigue, irritable Bowel Syndrome, skin problems and food cravings and intolerance.
