Tai Chi and its foundation Qi Gong are ancient Chinese healing arts with roots dating back more than 4000 years.

They involve exercising using slow, gentle and meditative movement, and they aim to improve the flow of energy throughout the body and aid rest and relaxation.

As with many exercise methods, martial and healing arts, the greatest benefits come from regular and progressive practice. Weekly classes for a period of 3+ months will yield the best results and give you enough knowledge to take away and make Tai Chi a part of your daily movement therapy routine.
