Often times you will be taught techniques for releasing muscles yourself in your exercise programme, however for those stubborn patterns of muscle tension there is no substitute for the hands on work of a specialist therapist.

Appointment times vary from 60 – 90 minutes dependent on the nature of the problem. As well as providing musculoskeletal rehabilitation Massage can be an extremely effective way of relaxing the body from the stresses and strains of daily life. These tensions can often lead to pain syndromes and just the act of relaxing the body can have a tremendous healing effect on the rest of the body.
